Conveyor Furnaces
A conveyor furnace is a type of continuous industrial furnace in which parts move on a conveyor belt through different stages of baking, drying, or heating automatically. These furnaces are ideal for powder coating, liquid coating, drying parts, or light heat treatment in mass production lines.
🔧 Technical Specifications (Sample Conveyor Furnace)
Type Continuous with chain or belt conveyor
Useful internal dimensions 1200 × 150 × 400 cm (customizable)
Heating system Gas burner or electric elements
Temperature control High-precision PID digital thermostat
Working temperature range 50–250°C
Internal body Heat-resistant stainless steel or galvanized sheet with ceramic insulation
Insulation Rock wool or ceramic wool (7.5–10 cm thick)
Conveyor system Steel chain with heavy-duty frame or heat-resistant belt
Conveyor speed Adjustable via inverter (0.5–5 m/min)
Ventilation Exhaust and blower fans for hot gas removal
🌟 Advantages
- Continuous production with higher efficiency
- Reduced downtime and faster curing
- Uniform temperature control throughout the furnace
- Lower manpower needs due to automation
- Adjustable time and temperature for various parts and coatings
- Energy savings through full insulation
- Fully customizable to customer requirements
💡 Applications
- Powder coating of metal parts
- Drying industrial parts after washing or painting
- Light heat treatment (pre-heating, stress relief)
- Mass production of coated metal products
- Assembly lines for bicycles, automotive parts, metal shelves, etc.
Monorail Conveyor
The monorail conveyor is a continuous transport system using an overhead rail (usually steel) with hanging trolleys to move parts or products along a defined path. It is widely used in production lines, painting systems, warehouses, and cold storage facilities. The system can be manual or motor-driven.
🔧 Technical Specifications (Sample Monorail Conveyor)
Type Overhead monorail (suspended)
Rail type I-beam or special channel profile, epoxy-painted or galvanized
Load capacity per trolley 50–500 kg (depending on design)
Trolleys Hardened steel with ball-bearing wheels
Drive Manual push or motorized (Power & Free)
Turning radius Customizable for curves or U-shaped paths
Speed (motorized) Adjustable up to 20 m/min
Control Manual or automated with PLC and sensors
Installation Ceiling-mounted or free-standing with steel frame
🌟 Advantages
- Space-saving, using overhead areas
- Reduced labor and increased safety
- Less downtime, higher productivity
- Flexible layouts with curves and long distances
- Suitable for hot or wet parts (ideal for furnaces and washing lines)
- Low maintenance cost, long service life
- Easy integration with other production or automation systems
💡 Applications
- Coating industry Moving parts to spray booths, furnaces, cooling stations
- Automotive Transporting bodies, doors, chassis, bumpers
- Metal & welding Handling frames, chassis, or fabricated products
- Assembly plants Connecting different assembly stations
- Food & cold storage Transporting carcasses in hygienic, washable paths
Forging Conveyor
A forging conveyor is a material handling system designed for the forging and heat treatment industries to transfer hot, heavy, or semi-finished parts between production stations. Built for high-temperature, harsh environments, these conveyors ensure safe and efficient handling.
